Comedy king Kapil Sharma is ruling the small screens of the Indian households since almost an year and is now picking tips from the new Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.

Kapil, who has welcomed all from Hrithik Roshan, Shah Rukh Khan to Salman Khan on his show Comedy Nights With Kapil, has now asked for public opinion on whether his humourous comments hurt the sentiments of the people or not.

Kapil has been facing criticism for his humourous remarks on women which do not go down well with the audience. Soon after discovering a FIR being filed against him for hurting the sentiments of a section of society, Kapil immediately wrote an apology on Facebook but deleted it within some time.

Playing it safe, Kapil said on Facebook, “I am not a criminal. I just love to make people laugh.” He also said that he has never made fun of anyone’s situation. If he has have ever said something which is actually wrong, then take a public opinion. The decision of the public will be final. God Bless India and this beautiful world….Nothing better than happiness.

For the record, Kapil Sharma had cracked a joke on a pregnant woman on the show for which he has been handed over a notice by the Maharashtra state women's commission.

Cracking a joke on a road with potholes, Kapil had said, "Such roads also have many advantages. If a poor person is taking his pregnant wife and comes across a big pothole, the woman delivers the child on the spot.”

However, why Kapil deleted the Facebook wall post can be explained by him better.
